Sell your home with me for 1/2 the usual fees!
What are my fees?
I will list your home for 4 1/2%. Usually, agents charge 6% to sell your
home, 3% to each the selling and buying agents. Since my fee is half
price, only 1 1/2 goes to me, and 3% goes to the buyer's agent. So, my fees are half price.
How much can this save you?
For example, if your home sells for $200,000, you will save $3000. If your home sells
for $600,000, you will save $9000. With most other agents you pay double my fees.
(and after you sell, I will give you half the commission when you buy with
me also...you could save a fortune).
What does my FULL SERVICE include?
- Market analysis of your home's value
- MLS listing and photos
- Signs and keybox
- Brochures
- Advertising
- Present, negotiate, and assist with offers, title, closing, etc.
- Everything you need to sell your home
Is there a catch?
Yes, one thing.
Because my fees are already so low, at half price, I do have a minimum fee
of $3000. So on homes less than $200,000 my minimum fee will apply. On
homes over $200,000 it will be 1 1/2%.
